Few days ago i blogged about how a simple Stat/Hit counter can decrease site traffic. It was just a view of mine and i did not do it to manipulate people not to using stat hit counters. Some people appreciated my writing and others remained silent .
Next day, when i logged into my Admin panel I found two comments, waiting for my approval. Both of the comments were just some slangs in my mother tongue “Bangla”.
I was totaly confused than. Should i delete them or approve?
At last I deleted them because they were totaly irrelevent from my post content .
But I think it is not so easy to handle a bad comment. Though you are the owner of the site you don’t have any right to delete a bad comment which is relevent.
Than arises the question what type of comments should be deleted instantly. I think this ones:

-Irrelevent and bad
-That hurts other
-That can hurt people of a religious group
-That insults others

I have found these four types but actually situation says the best.

Now i wanna talk about how to handle rude comments. Just behave friendly. Sometimes people behave rudely only for misunderstanding. Explain the whole situation, hopefully it will solve the problem.
Never behave rudely with your visitors. Always remember that, they are your asset and I have seen quite a few blogs have lost 1/3 or 1/2 of their visitors only for bad behaviour.
